Transaction Experience

We have been involved in several financial transactions on both the buy and sell side. Most recent transactions include closing a sell-side transaction for a healthcare company being acquired for ~$100M, a company's first private equity investment with a subsequent exit just over a year later at 3x the PE investment valuation, building a portfolio of acquisitions for a highly active private equity roll-up, and multiple other due diligence activities.
